At Seasons of You, every item is made to order, created just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Making each piece on demand keeps waste low and ensures every item is meaningful and intentional.

Please shop thoughtfully and only choose items you truly love — your careful choices help us create products that will be used, cherished, and never wasted.


Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, please:

  1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

  4. Write a short note explaining the problem

Once we receive your message, we will:

  • Usually replace the item first

  • Offer a refund, store credit, or exchange if appropriate

  • You do not need to send the item back — we handle it with our production partner

Please note: Minor print variations, damage after delivery, or misuse are not covered.
