Faulty or Damaged Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll always make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the issue

• a short note explaining what happened

We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
You won’t need to return the item.
